What kind of strollers are

Stroller book

Patency of the “book” is better than that of the “cane”. This is achieved by means of rubber wheels of larger diameter. In addition, it has an adjustable back and can be used for sleep.

Joggers Strollers

This is a separate type of strollers for mothers engaged in an active lifestyle, or rather, running. They are equipped with three large removable wheels (diameter 40 cm), which provide quick movement of the stroller. They have an adjustable back and five-point seat belts with soft lining, due to which the child is comfortable and safe.

Transformers and universal strollers

These models can turn from a classical cradle into a stroller and vice versa. Unlike conventional models, they can be used throughout the “pram” life of a baby. They are great for autumn and winter, as they are equipped with a large waterproof hood, high bumpers and rubber wheels that ride well through slush and dirt.

How to choose a stroller for the winter

Winter strollers have a large hood, four wheels, and the back takes several positions, including horizontal. Universal models and transformers - a great option for walking in bad weather.

A good stroller for the winter should have the following characteristics:

1. Large diameter inflatable or rubber wheels made of rubber. Thanks to them, the stroller will be able to overcome the drifts, ice and dirt.

2. Large warm hood that completely covers the child.

3. A large seat in which the warmly dressed baby fits.

4. Clear case. Whatever the quality of the hood, during heavy snowfall snowflakes can get into the carriage. Therefore, it is recommended to use the cover over the hood.

5. Warm foot liner and warm envelope - so that the child is not cold.

How to choose a stroller for the summer

The stroller should be maneuverable and compact, because in the warm season, the mother often walks with the baby and goes by public transport. If the child quietly walks, or you take short walks, or you have to travel by car or bus, the "cane" will be the best choice. It folds easily and takes up little space.

Universal strollers and transformers are also suitable for spring-summer, but they are bulky and less convenient. Therefore, if possible, choose a more standard recreational model.

A good stroller for summer has the following characteristics:

1. Hood that protects from the sun.

2. Simple folding system.

3. Swiveling front wheels. With their help, it is easy to turn the stroller and not disturb the child.

4. Good shock absorbers so that the baby does not bounce on the bumps.

5. Adjustable footrest so that the baby’s legs do not hang in the air.

6. Plastic or rubber wheels. Plastic wheels are designed to ride on a flat surface, shopping or shopping centers. But they are noisy and short-lived. Wheels made of rubber are more suitable for traveling on sand or grass. They reduce shaking due to rough roads.

7. Wearproof material.

8. Anti-mosquito net. Can be built into the hood.

9. Viewing window. Allows you to monitor the child from either side of the stroller.

10. Fixing the floating wheels - will facilitate the walk through the park.

For summertime tricycles with large inflatable wheels and increased maneuverability are suitable. But, although such models are great for driving on sand, forest, grass and pavement, they do not fall into ramps - descents for wheelchairs.
