The frequency remains constant, so quartz watches have a longer service life.

2. Mechanical watches. In the accessories of the mechanical type, a spring is wound, which, unwinding, causes the drum to move and engage the whole mechanism in operation. The accuracy of the movement of such watches is associated with environmental factors (temperature, position, wear of individual elements and much more).

Tightness and water resistance of modern watches

To choose a watch for a man or a woman, you need to decide what they need an accessory for and what parameters it should have. So, just an attractive women's watch with a bright design may not have the most reliable case, but a device that travels with an athlete must be distinguished by high durability and such a feature as tightness.

3. Sapphire glass is the most expensive glass used in the manufacture of high-quality watches. For many years, its coating remains smooth and glossy, without scratches and scuffs due to high strength.

Often, manufacturers make a combined glass for men's and women's watches - the main layer of mineral glass and thin - from sapphire.
