Agreement on the processing of personal data

1. The User, accepting (accepting) this Agreement on the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the "Agreement"), gives its consent in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Personal Data ") To the processing of their personal data (PD), namely: surname, name, patronymic; email (email); phone numbers.

2. The operator for the processing of personal data of the User is the Administration of an information resource (hereinafter - the "Administration of the Site") located on the domain name https://expert.bigbadmole.com/en/ (further - "Resource").

3. processing of the above personal data will be carried out by mixed processing of personal data (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update), change, use, distribution, including transfer, depersonalization, blocking, destruction or deletion).

4. The processing of personal data is carried out indefinitely.

5. Deletion of personal data from the system at the request of the User is possible if this application is executed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data” and is sent from the user's email address to the email address: chinawebteam2014@gmail.com, after receiving this application and reviewing it by the Site Administration within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the application by this authorized person. The User understands and agrees that by sending to the Administration a statement on deleting PD from the system, he thereby authorizes the Administration to delete his account (account) created by the Administration during registration of this User on the Resource.

6. The purpose of personal data processing is the use of the Resource and its services, as well as services integrated with the Resource.

7. The user also confirms that the personal data provided by him is correct and express full and unconditional consent (acceptance) to use contact information to maintain communication, make phone calls to the specified landline and / or mobile phone, send SMS messages to the specified mobile phone, implement sending e-mails to the specified e-mail address in order to confirm the necessary data for the work of the Resource and / or its individual services, as well as for x set the User Agreement. Feedback of the Site Administration with the User is not tied to a specific method, including, but not exclusively, indicated in the framework of the actions indicated above.

8. The user also provides the Site Administration with access to the following technical information: a cookie, a browser session, the user's IP address.
